Courtney J. Kurtz, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of South Holden Street for stealing-shoplifting. The arrest occurred after a business reported that a known female and male stole $32.95 worth of merchandise on Nov. 2. Kurtz was arrested, booked and then released. more
