Courtney J. Kurtz, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of South Holden Street for stealing-shoplifting. The arrest occurred after a business reported that a known female and male stole $32.95 worth of merchandise on Nov. 2. Kurtz was arrested, booked and then released.

Jaylin Henderson, 28, was arrested on Nov. 6. Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of North Devasher Road, where Henderson was arrested for being an out-of-state fugitive. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Jennifer M. Murrow, 39, was arrested on Nov. 6 on warrants. The subject was also reported as having no proof of insurance, improper registration, and driving with a suspended/revoked license. The arrest occurred in the 1100 block of South Mitchell Street when the Proactive Crime Division conducted a traffic stop.

Dustin R. Washelesky, 26, was arrested on Nov. 6 after officers responded to a report at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard regarding a stolen motor vehicle. Washelesky participated in a vehicle pursuit with members of the Warrensburg Police Department and Johnson County Sheriff's Office. He was taken into custody and placed on a 24-hour hold for tampering with a vehicle and resisting arrest.

Renardo C. McKenny, 38, was arrested on Nov. 7 for a traffic violation, driving with a suspended/revoked license and for a warrant. The arrest occurred after the Proactive Crimes Division conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and Southwestern Drive.

David B. Cramer, 47, was arrested on Nov. 7 for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Burkarth Road. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and then released.

Jared W. Baumfalk, 53, was arrested on Nov. 7 for having no driver’s license and he was cited for improper registration after a traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of East Young Street. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and then released.

Randall L. Winter, 58, was arrested on Nov. 8 for driving with a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop on Frontage Road.

Kegan C. Holler, 19, was arrested on Nov. 9 for theft of $228.98 worth of merchandise from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard.

Joshua L. Greene, 34, was arrested on Nov. 9 for driving while intoxicated. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of Pine Street after it was reported that an unconscious male was sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and later released.

Grace N. Ulbrich, 22, was arrested on Nov. 10 on a warrant. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of Russell Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop due to improper lane use. She was later released with a court date.

Jonathan N. Goodwin Jr., 20, was arrested after being identified as a person of interest in a double homicide. The arrest occurred on South Maguire and Franklin streets. The subject was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Tjuan L. Goodwin, 33, was arrested on Nov. 12 for property damage. The arrest occurred at a business in the 1300 block of Stahl Drive after it was reported that the male subject damaged a window on the property and threatened to “shoot up” the business. The investigation is ongoing.

Kevin M. Kamau, 33, was arrested on Nov. 12 for an open container violation and resisting arrest. The arrest occurred while officers were conducting bar close duties in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was booked at the Warrensburg Police Department and later released.

Jonathan M. Burge, 33, was arrested on Nov. 13 for indecent exposure. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a report of a male standing naked in a doorway in the 300 block of King Street. He was released at the scene.

Bobbie J. Douglas, 28, was mailed a summons for shoplifting after officers received a report from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard that approximately $104.02 worth of merchandise was stolen.

Paige C. Showen, 20, was arrested for stealing-shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard on Nov. 14. It was reported that $64.09 worth of items were stolen.

Derrick G. Segler, 39, was arrested on Nov. 14 for stealing-shoplifting multiple items from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was identified and turned himself in at the Warrensburg Police Department. He was booked and released.

Kandy L. Hoover, 44, was arrested on Nov. 14 for driving while intoxicated-drugs, no proof of insurance, speeding and failure to drive in a single lane. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Young Street. She was processed and released.

Dustin D. Mackie, 33, was arrested on Nov. 15 for an open container violation, driving while intoxicated-drugs, speeding and failure to drive in a single lane. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. He was processed and released.

Tyler E. Carey, 31, was involved in an incident where it was reported that he stole credit card information. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North Maguire Street and he was arrested for stealing, fraudulent procurement of a credit or debit device, and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device. The investigation is ongoing.

Charles V. Ledeen, 44, was arrested on Nov. 17 in the 1800 block of Villa Drive for driving while intoxicated-liquor, no proof of insurance and failure to keep right. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched due to a report of a swerving vehicle. He was processed and released.

John J. Jenkins, 32, was arrested on Nov. 19 for second-degree domestic assault in the 500 block of East Clark Street. The arrest occurred after it was reported that Jenkins assaulted a woman in her home.
