Rafael Martinez, 51, was arrested Jan. 21 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for operating a public dance hall without a license. Officers observed liquor law violations in the 100 block of East Pine Street regarding the business operating without a dance hall permit and other violations under the state liquor code. The incident will be forwarded to Alcohol and Tobacco Control for review and possible sanctions. more
