Rafael Martinez, 51, was arrested Jan. 21 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for operating a public dance hall without a license. Officers observed liquor law violations in the 100 block of East Pine Street regarding the business operating without a dance hall permit and other violations under the state liquor code. The incident will be forwarded to Alcohol and Tobacco Control for review and possible sanctions.
Reyjon K. Williams, 22, was arrested on Jan. 29 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Anthony D. Wilson, 21, was arrested on Jan. 29 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jack R. Fitzgerald, 18, was arrested on Jan. 29 for possession of a fictitious/altered license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Young Street. He was processed and released on scene.
Christopher R. Ward, 29, was arrested on Jan. 30 for driving with a suspended license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges.
Madisyn R. Eckard, 22, was arrested on Jan. 30 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Melvin R. James, 64, was arrested near Broad and Mitchell streets on Jan. 30 for operating a motor vehicle without a license, leaving the scene of a crash and driving while intoxicated. The arrest occurred after officers located James, who was involved in a motor vehicle crash. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jesika R. Kramer, 28, was arrested near North Mitchell and East Market streets on Jan. 31 for driving without a valid operator’s license after officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jeanette E. Kinsey, 83, was arrested on Feb. 1 for shoplifting from a business in the 400 block of East Young Street.
Janelle D. Morris, 42, was arrested on Feb. 1 for driving with a suspended license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Young Street. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Sarah L. Jasper, 41, was arrested on Feb. 3 at Washington Avenue and South Street for driving while intoxicated. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Laura L. Joiner, 32, was arrested on Feb. 3 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Gabrielle L. Wigge, 28, was arrested on South Maguire and Grover streets on Feb. 4 for stealing a vehicle. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Tajah M. Strickland, 22, was arrested on Feb. 4 for driving with a suspended license and a warrant out of Lee’s Summit. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Commercial Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she posted bond for the warrant and was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
Heather R. Garcia, 44, was arrested on Feb. 4 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Rosa E. Olinger, 62, was arrested on Feb. 4 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jordan C. Hase, 36; Cortni R. Brown, 21; and Travis A. Heffington, 29, were each issued a summons on Jan. 4 for trespassing in the 700 block of Burkarth Road.
