Trayzon Richmond, 27, was arrested on Feb. 6 for disturbing the private peace of his neighbors near the 500 block of Anderson Street. Officers located the subject highly intoxicated in his residence, screaming and throwing items. After a warning was given, he continued disturbing the private peace of his neighbors and was arrested for peace disturbance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
