Trayzon Richmond, 27, was arrested on Feb. 6 for disturbing the private peace of his neighbors near the 500 block of Anderson Street. Officers located the subject highly intoxicated in his residence, screaming and throwing items. After a warning was given, he continued disturbing the private peace of his neighbors and was arrested for peace disturbance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. more

Rafael Martinez, 51, was arrested Jan. 21 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for operating a public dance hall without a license. Officers observed liquor law violations in the 100 block of East Pine Street regarding the business operating without a dance hall permit and other violations under the state liquor code. The incident will be forwarded to Alcohol and Tobacco Control for review and possible sanctions. more
