Rafael Martinez, 51, was arrested Jan. 21 in the 100 block of South Holden Street for operating a public dance hall without a license. Officers observed liquor law violations in the 100 block of East Pine Street regarding the business operating without a dance hall permit and other violations under the state liquor code. The incident will be forwarded to Alcohol and Tobacco Control for review and possible sanctions. more

Christopher L. Robinson, 41, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2023, for driving with a suspended license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop on North Maguire Street and East Russell Avenue. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. more

Courtney J. Kurtz, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of South Holden Street for stealing-shoplifting. The arrest occurred after a business reported that a known female and male stole $32.95 worth of merchandise on Nov. 2. Kurtz was arrested, booked and then released. more
Bobbie J. Douglas, 28, was involved in an incident regarding skip-scanning items at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. It was reported that $79.62 worth of items were skip-scanned. The investigation is ongoing. more
