The University of Missouri Extension is hosting a farm Bill Outreach Workshop from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, at the Pettis County Extension Center.
Topics discussed will include an agriculture policy update, establishing cover crops, grazing cover crops, risk management and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)/Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) cover crop share programs.
The topics will be presented by MU Extension specialists and members of NRCS and Pettis County SWCD.
