Missouri Cattlemen’s Association member and Beef House Facilitator Mike Carter grills the steaks for the 19th annual Steak Fry on Saturday evening in the Agriculture Building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds. In order to match planned attendance, Carter and others had to cook more than 500 steaks.
