Mason C. Davis, 23, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 600 block of West Clark Street for simple domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, a female reported that a known male had assaulted her. Officers made contact with the man, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Laneisha M. Mitchell, 19, was arrested Oct. 1 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street for trespassing after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to trespassing. Employees reported the known female subject had previously been trespassed and was located on the property. The female fled before the officer's arrival, but was later located and arrested. She was booked and released on scene with a signed city summons for trespassing.
Mathew C. Hicks, 20, was arrested Oct. 1 in the 500 block of Laurel Avenue for endangering the welfare of a child and interference with custody after officers were dispatched to a possible missing person located on the property. Upon arrival, officers located a missing juvenile and placed a known male subject under arrest for interference with custody. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.
Minde R. Jones, 38, was arrested Oct. 1 in the 300 block of East Young Street for stealing after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. The business reported a known female stole several hundred dollars from the store on Sept. 17 and Sept. 26. After further investigation, the female was arrested on two counts of theft. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a city summons for both incidents.
Heather E. Shaw, 50, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 700 block of South Maguire Street for first-degree property damage and burglary after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North College Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival, the reporting party indicated a female subject was in the basement of the Community Church of Christ and had damaged the property. The female was located later in the evening and arrested for burglary and property damage. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Tiffany N. Elliott, 35, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for shoplifting after officers were dispatched in reference to a shoplifting. Asset protection informed officers that a known female subject was detained in their office for passing the last point of sale without rendering payment for multiple items. The female was arrested, booked, and released on the scene with a signed city summons for stealing.
April M. Nelson, 52, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 1200 block of East Hale Lake Road for driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched in regard to a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with a female driver who was determined to be driving while intoxicated. She was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released with a city summons for DWI, driving too close, no insurance and expired plates.

Root, 20, was arrested for vicious dogs and public affray on Oct. 3 in the 400 block of North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a disturbance. Officers made contact with a male and a female who were both arrested for public affray. They were booked and released on scene with a signed city summons. The male was given an additional citation for a vicious animal.
Sara M. Grindstaff, 45, was arrested for following too closely, driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended in the 700 block of North Charles Street after officers were dispatched to the location for a motor vehicle crash. Officers made contact with a known female who was later arrested for DWI. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.
