The Warrensburg R-VI Board of Education is slated to have a special work session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the Warrensburg High School Library.
The lone item on the agenda is entitled school district finances.
The work session comes after Superintendent of Schools Steve Ritter presented on the effects state funding shortfalls are having on the district. During the meeting, Ritter stated discussions about potential reductions of personnel and expenditures would likely need to take place.
