Matthew R. Padilla, 32, was arrested Oct. 7 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for property damage after officers were dispatched to a verbal disturbance. Officers made contact with a male who advised that he got into an argument with another male, who, in return, damaged his blue truck. Officers located the male and arrested him for property damage. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Jennifer L. Byford, 45, was arrested Oct. 8 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for trespassing after officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a trespassing. Asset protection informed a known female subject who had previously been trespassed from the property was located on scene. Officers made contact with the female, who was subsequently arrested, booked and released with a citation for trespassing.
Conor H. Johnson, 22, was arrested Oct. 11, for simple domestic assault in the 600 block of South College Street after officers were dispatched in reference to an agency assist. Upon arrival, a female reported that a known male had assaulted her by dragging her in a parking lot in the 200 block of Carpenter Street. Officers made contact with the male and arrested him for assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Jefferey L. Nokes, 43, was arrested Oct 11 for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Broad Street and Eighth Street after officers made a traffic stop. Officers determined he was driving under the influence and arrested him. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with citations for driving under the influence and no valid drivers license.
Christopher L. Aderholt, 35, was issued a mailed city summons on Oct. 12 for disturbing public peace after police were dispatched Oct. 7 to the 400 block of Burkarth Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, hospital staff reported a known male was yelling threats loudly and then fouled the area. After further investigation, officers mailed him a city summons for disturbing pubic peace.
Trey S. Vaughn, 24, was arrested Oct. 12 for driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of North College Street for expired plates. Officers made contact with the male driver, who was arrested for driving while suspended, no insurance and expired plates. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
