Emma T. Morell, 23, was arrested for driving while suspended/revoked and leaving the scene of an accident - property damage exceeding $1,000 Nov. 3 in the 700 block of East Culton Street after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East Market Street for a motor vehicle crash. A witness reported a silver Dodge Neon ran into a pole and fled the scene. Officers followed a coolant trail from the crash to the 700 block of East Culton Street, where they located a female and arrested her for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while suspended/revoked. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Kyle T. Holden, 26, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Nov. 3 in the 800 block of North Holden Street after officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Foster Lane in reference to a disturbance. The reporting party informed officers that a male struck a curb and yelled at one of the tenants. Officers made contact with the male, where he was arrested for driving while intoxicated, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Jerry G. Link, 65, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended/revoked, driving left of center, no proof of insurance and improper registration Nov. 4 in the 700 block of East Gay Street after officers conducted a traffic stop for driving erratically. Officers made contact, where they determined the driver was driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Samuel M. Minney, 28, was arrested for trespassing Nov. 5 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched in reference to trespassing. The business reported a known male subject, who has previously been trespassed, was located on scene. Officers made contact with the male, and he was arrested. He was booked and released on scene with a signed city summons for trespassing.
Lori A. Davis, 50, was arrested for stealing Nov. 6 in the 400 block of South Mulberry Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. A reporting party stated that between Oct. 25 and Nov. 5, a known female stole mail and damaged his window screen. Officers made contact with the female, where she was arrested, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Nicholas A. Willis, 26, was arrested for assault Nov. 6 in the 300 block of Jefferson Street after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South Maguire Street for an assault. A reporting party stated he had been assaulted by a male inside a business. Officers made contact with the male at a nearby address, where he was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released with a signed city summons.
Ryan J. Murphy, 19, was arrested Nov. 6 for trespassing, while Drew M. Franklin, 20, was arrested for obstruction, trespassing and possession of a fictitious license in the 100 block of Broad Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. A reporting party stated two males were on the property, refusing to leave. Officers made contact with the subjects, who were arrested for trespassing. They were booked and released. It was later determined that one male used a relatives information to identify himself, and was additionally charged with obstructing and using an ID of another.
Alexa A. Shoemaker, 23, was arrested Nov. 7 for trespassing in the 400 block of East Gay Street after officers were dispatched to the Warrensburg Community Center in reference to trespassing. Staff reported a known female who was previously trespassed was located on the scene. Officers made contact with the female, where she was arrested, booked and released with a signed city summons.
Luke C. Thomas, 24, was arrested Nov. 9 for domestic assault in the 200 block of West Gay Street after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North College Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. The reporting party stated that a known male hit and strangled her. Officers located the male and placed him under arrest for assault. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24 hour hold.
