Evan K. Draeger, 29, was arrested on Aug. 8 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Holden Street. Draeger was arrested for driving while intoxicated and an open container violation.
Shyann Cole, 26, was arrested on Aug. 8 on a warrant.

James J. Horn, 78, was arrested on Aug. 9 when officers received a report of a vehicle driving all over the road at a low rate of speed in the 700 block of North Maguire Street. Horn was arrested for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
