Editor's note: This article has been corrected to remove an entry regarding Donna C. Bodenhamer and Michael R. Bodenhamer. They were not arrested and were mistakenly included due to incorrect information provided to the Star-Journal.

Jennifer L. Byford, 43, was arrested on Oct. 2 for shoplifting-stealing.

Emily G. Kueck, 25, was arrested on Oct 2 for shoplifting-stealing.

Cody S. Bartlett, 28, was arrested on Oct. 2 after officers responded to a 911 call about a woman screaming. Bartlett was arrested for domestic assault for carrying a woman known to him inside of a house against her will. He was later released.

William J. Bodenhamer, 48, was arrested on Oct. 3 for harassment.

Treshon A. Lee, 23, was arrested on Oct. 3 on a warrant and for obstruction.

Michael R. Fritchey, 41, was arrested on Oct. 4 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance/amphetamine, driving with a suspended/revoked license, multiple warrants, and failure to register motor vehicle/trailer annually with the Department of Revenue. The arrest came after a traffic stop near South Mitchell Street and Cedar Drive.

Tommy T. Jones, 29, was arrested on Oct. 4 on warrants and driving with a revoked license.

Karen L. Ervin, 51, was arrested on Oct. 6 for assault-domestic. The arrest occurred after officers received a call from a male stating he had been physically assaulted in the 1200 block of South Holden Street.

Patrick R. Ellerman, 19, was arrested on Oct. 6 for driving while intoxicated-drugs and minor in possession of alcohol. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Holden Street.

Ryan T. Cox, 33, was arrested on Oct. 6 for safety purposes and for assaulting two officers and a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office deputy. The arrest occurred after officers received a call that an intoxicated male was lying in the road in the area of 100 Patterson Street. He was later released.

Max T. Parsons, 59, was arrested on Oct. 6 for driving while intoxicated-liquor, leaving the scene of an accident, and no proof of insurance. The arrest occurred after a motor vehicle accident.

Tyler M. Patterson, 20, was arrested on Oct. 7 for possession of a fictitious/altered license and minor in possession of alcohol. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a call about a disturbance in the 200 block of Carpenter Street. Patterson, who was intoxicated, did not cooperate with officers and was found with a fake ID. He was later released.

Rebecca L Showers, 56, was arrested on Oct. 8 for fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

Brittany R. Randall, 30, was arrested on Oct. 8 for assault-domestic-simple. Randall was arrested for biting a male. Randall was booked and later released.

Ryan T. Cox, 33, was arrested on Oct. 8 for trespassing into a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Ming Street. He was released on the scene.

Edwin L. Watson, 44, was arrested on Oct. 8 for having an open container while driving violation, driving while intoxicated-liquor and multiple other traffic violations. He was later released.

Chase A. Deshong, 23, was arrested on Oct. 9 after being spotted driving a wanted motorcycle from a March 2023 felony resisting case. Deshong was also arrested for two new traffic violations. He was approached by officers when he stopped for fuel in the 700 block of South Maguire Street. He was later released with citations.

Aleczander J. Beebe, 27, was arrested on Oct. 10 for assault-domestic-simple. Officers went to the 400 block of Windy Way in response to a 911 call. A female and a male said they hit each other. The female’s hand was swollen. Beebe was later released.

Nathan D. Pascarelli, 18, was arrested on Oct. 10 for possession of a fictitious/altered license.

Holly A. Wilcoxen, 68, was arrested on Oct. 11 for possession of vicious dogs.

James B. Miller, 52, was arrested on Oct. 12 for a violation of an ex parte order. The arrest came after officers responded to a threat call. Miller was also arrested for violation of an order of protection for adult-first offense and first-degree stalking-first offense.

Austin M. White, 24, was arrested on Oct. 12 for stealing shoplifting.

Shawn A. Jeffrey, 45, was arrested on Oct. 13 for driving while intoxicated-drugs.

Ryan T. Cox, 33, was arrested on Oct. 14 in the 200 block of Ming Street for resistance, obstruction, failure to obey an officer, assaulting an officer, and assault-simple. The incident happened after officers came in contact with Cox in reference to a past assault. Cox poured alcohol on an officer, ran from officers, and refused to speak with the officers. He was taken into custody and placed in the Johnson County Jail for fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

David A. Barela, 37, was arrested on Oct. 16 on a warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a fire code violation. The arrest occurred after police responded to a call about a suspicious male in the 600 block of Burkath Road.

Trinity A. Bolton, 25, was arrested on Oct. 17 for driving without a valid operator’s license. The arrest occurred when officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Warren and Sparks streets.

Jordan Washington, 27, was arrested on Oct. 17 for driving with a suspended/revoked license. The arrest occurred when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Market Street. He was later released on a summons.

Zachary Edenfield, 18, was arrested on Oct. 17 for stealing-shoplifting. The arrest occurred when officers were called to a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. They were told an employee had shoplifted on two separate days. He was arrested for both days.

Jesse A. Cheney, 44, was arrested on Oct. 18 for driving with a suspended/revoked license. The arrest occurred when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street.

Jacob E. Wiley, 33, was arrested on Oct. 19 for driving with a suspended/revoked license. The arrest occurred when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Montserrat Park Road.

Jace A. Olson, 21, was arrested on Oct. 20 for public affray.

Multiple people were arrested Oct. 20 after officers were called to the 100 block of West Pine Street regarding a physical fight. Jace A. Olson, 21, was arrested for public affray; Tory S. Freeman, 30, was arrested for public affray; Babylee Collins, 31, was arrested for public affray and assault-simple; Joshua K. Gutierrez, 32, was arrested for public affray and assault-simple; and Zane E. Alexander, 18, was arrested for public affray.

Amy A. Harpham, 50, was arrested on Oct. 20 for trespassing and stealing-shoplifting. The arrest happened when officers were called to a business in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard regarding a shoplifting matter.

Richard N. Wulz, 68, was arrested on Oct. 21 on a warrant and for driving without a valid operator’s license and no proof of insurance. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of East Pine and North Holden streets.

Devante E. Turner, 25, was arrested on Oct. 22 for trespassing. The arrest occurred when officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Pine Street regarding a person trespassing inside a bar.

Mercedes Mcintire, 29, was arrested on Oct. 22 for driving while intoxicated-liquor and speeding. The arrest occurred when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of West Young Street.

Jennifer N. Hollander, 40, was arrested on Oct. 22 for trespassing and property damage. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a call regarding a female trespassing into a home and causing damage to the residence.
