Eric J. Black, 37, was arrested on April 15 for driving without a valid operator’s license and was given a verbal warning for the registration violation after a traffic stop at Holden and Culton streets. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

John T. Baldwin, 55, was arrested on April 15 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He stole approximately $97.50 worth of merchandise on April 14 and was located inside the business wearing the stolen clothing. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released for shoplifting.

Eric J. Black, 37, was arrested on April 16 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/amphetamine. An officer observed the subject throw down a container when he observed a patrol vehicle at Cleburn and Clark streets. The container was opened and contained narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested for the violations and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was processed and released.

Madisyn R. Eckard, 22, was arrested on April 17 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was arrested for shoplifting, was issued a summons and released on scene.

William J. Wills III, 37, Paula L. Love, 63, and Cori J. McGinnis, 34, were arrested on April 18 for endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, possession of controlled substances, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and prior drug offenses. They were taken into custody and transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Mason C. Davis, 22, was arrested on April 19 for domestic assault and property damage in the 600 block of West Clark Street. A female subject had reported that he had caused property damage. He was taken to the Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. He was booked and released on scene for the offenses.

Branson Syne, 27, was arrested on April 20 for driving without an operator’s license after officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at South Marr Drive and Hale Lake Road. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
