Trayzon Richmond, 27, was arrested on Feb. 6 for disturbing the private peace of his neighbors near the 500 block of Anderson Street. Officers located the subject highly intoxicated in his residence, screaming and throwing items. After a warning was given, he continued disturbing the private peace of his neighbors and was arrested for peace disturbance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Cody L. Haun, 33, was arrested on Feb. 7 for a violation of an order of protection for an adult and second-degree stalking. The offenses took place in the 100 block of Vamo Road. A female victim reported she received multiple text messages, emails, and other correspondence from social media platforms from the known male subject she had an ex-parte against. He was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Shelby L. Wasmer, 24, was arrested on Feb. 7 for shoplifting at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The officer met with asset protection, who showed a video of a female subject skipping scanning items. She was arrested, processed and released on scene with a citation for stealing and was trespassed from the business.
David Brewster, 30, was arrested on Feb. 8 for abuse or neglect of a child. The officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Ray Street in reference to a disturbance. A juvenile contacted the officer, stating a known male subject had assaulted them and a second juvenile. The officer contacted the subject, who stated the juveniles were not listening, so he disciplined them. The juveniles were taken to a family member. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Cheyenne L. Tracy, 21, was arrested on Feb. 8 for driving without a valid driver’s license and improper registration. The arrest occurred after a traffic stop near the intersection of Washington and Young streets She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with multiple citations.
Beverly K. Andrews, 41, was arrested on Feb. 8 for domestic assault at the 100 block of Grant Drive. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Keith Mabry, 24, was arrested on Feb. 9 for trespassing in the 100 block of South Holden Street. An employee at the Train Depot reported that a known male subject was trespassing and on the property. The male subject was arrested. He was processed and released on scene for trespassing.
Stephen De La Garza, 35, was arrested on Feb. 10 for driving without a valid driver’s license and improper registration. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with signed city summonses.
Jellica S. Lehman, 19, was arrested on Feb. 10 for first-degree terrorist threat, third-degree aggravated assault and first-degree arson. At 4:29 a.m., officers were notified of a bomb threat at the Warrensburg Police Department, 102B S. Holden St. This was proven to be false. Contact was made with the known offender and she was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
James D. Cento, 69, was arrested on Feb. 12 for domestic assault in the 600 block of Spring Ridge Road. A female subject reported that she was assaulted by a known male subject. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons.
James D. Smith, 50, was arrested on Feb. 13 for driving while intoxicated-drugs and unlawful use of weapons in the 200 block of West Gay Street. He also failed to drive in a single lane and had no proof of insurance. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, and was processed and released.
Louis P. Robinett, 47, was arrested on Feb. 14 after a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 13 and Veterans Road. The male driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, felony driving with a suspended license, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges.
Lewis Gerbig-Barto, 32, was arrested on Feb. 14 after a traffic stop at North Simpson Road and Cooper Boulevard. He was arrested for an outstanding warrant and cited for improper registration. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, posted bond and was released.
Maranda M. Richmond, 23, was arrested on Feb. 15 for obstruction when she refused to identify herself to an officer. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Erin L. Dawe, 43, was arrested on Feb. 15 and subsequently booked for driving with a revoked license, no insurance and no license plates. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard and arrested the subject before he was released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Bryan L. Ennis, 33, was arrested on Feb. 15 for first-degree stalking. An officer was dispatched to a male subject who violated a protection order when he showed up in the 700 block of East Russell Avenue, where a known female subject had a protection order against him. The male subject was arrested and placed in the Johnson County Jail for stalking.
Zachariah T. Menne, 32, was arrested on Feb. 16 for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of North Mitchell Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.
Michael D. Render, 39, was arrested on Feb. 17 after a motor vehicle crash in the 100 block of West Pine Street, where he crashed into another vehicle and left the scene. He was arrested for failure to maintain financial responsibility and leaving the scene of an accident. The investigation is ongoing.
Stephen P. Ficken, 51, was arrested on Feb. 17 for possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in the 100 block of Northeast Highway 50. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, and released.
James M. Sullivan, 32, was arrested on Feb. 17 for domestic assault in the 500 block of McGoodwin Street. He was transported to Johnson County Jail.
Connor L. Arment, 20, was arrested on Feb. 18 and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released for urinating in public, minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of fictitious identification.
Carmenita M. Laumoli, 42, was arrested on Feb. 18 and cited for a vicious dog. A neighbor stated a dog ran out of the residence and attacked her and a known female subject in the 1200 block of Vest Drive.
Heather M. Seefeldt, 44, was arrested on Feb. 18 for stealing at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Asset Protection apprehended a female subject who failed to pay for multiple items, passing the last point of sale. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
