Police reports - Jan. 3, 2023

Blake A. Hollon, 24, was arrested on Dec. 7. Officers received a theft report. A subject shoplifted $310.73 worth of items. Hollon was arrested on a charge of stealing-shoplifting. 

Cody E. Eckley, 32, was arrested on Dec. 5 on a warrant.

Eric A. Atkinson, 34, was arrested on Dec. 5 on a warrant. 

Jermaine M. Talbert, 45, was arrested on Dec. 6 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Warren Street. Talbert was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked.

Lonnie E. Nelson, 21, was arrested on Dec. 6 on a warrant. 

Melissa A. Meineke, 42, was arrested on Dec. 6 on a warrant.

Taylor N. Branecky, 26, was arrested on Dec. 6 on a warrant. 

Shawn A. Fenson, 43, was arrested on Dec. 6 on a warrant. 

Juan Habana-Narvaez, 44, was arrested on Dec. 7 when officers conducted a traffic stop

on a vehicle in the 800 block of Broad Street for a registration violation. Habana-Narvaez was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid operator's license. 

Anthony E. Lassiter, 39, was arrested on Dec. 7 on a warrant.  

Thomas D. Remington, 47, was arrested on Dec. 7 on a warrant.

Jayce A. Fly, 19, was arrested on Dec. 8 when officers received a report that a vehicle almost hit another vehicle, causing them to wreck at the intersection of West North and North Warren streets. Fly was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Ciera C. Matthews, 23, was arrested on Dec. 10 when officers were notified of an assault on West Pine Street. It was determined a known female subject scratched and punched a known male subject. The female subject also broke his necklace and assaulted an officer by pushing

them. Matthews was arrested on charges of resisting or interfering with arrest, assault, resisting/obstructing/failing to obey an officer and property damage. 

Pamela R. Golob, 65, was arrested on Dec. 10 on a charge of stealing-shoplifting. 

Melanie L. Lawson, 46, was arrested on Dec. 10 when officers responded to a report of a subject passed out in a vehicle. Lawson was arrested for an open container violation. 

Cassandra M. Thomas, 26, was arrested on Dec. 11 when officers were dispatched for a disturbance. Thomas was arrested on a charge of disturbing private peace.
