Dawn A. Schultz, 51, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2023, on warrants and for shoplifting-stealing from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Terrance M. Wallace, 41, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2023, for driving with a suspended license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Young Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Kiara R. Willis, 22, was arrested Dec. 22, 2023, for stealing-shoplifting and trespassing. It was reported that an unknown female subject stole multiple items from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard valued at $344.42.
James P. Hutchins, 42, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2023, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Burkarth Road. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Andrew M. Smith, 39, was arrested for stealing-shoplifting on Dec. 23, 2023. It was reported that a male subject left a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard with several items without paying for them.
Mashele M. Overbey, 45, was arrested Dec. 23, 2023, for trespass of motor vehicles and stealing from a motor vehicle. It was reported that an unknown female had entered an unlocked vehicle and stolen items at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard.
Paulette M. Beebe, 52, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2023, for stealing-shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Urveshkumar N. Patel, 27, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2023, for two counts of domestic assault and assault on an officer. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to the 500 block of North Maguire Street in response to a reported domestic disturbance. The subject assaulted the officer during the booking process. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Nina M. Shell, 38, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2023, for stealing-shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Kevonia N. Swaby, 28, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2023, for leaving the scene of an accident and property damage. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a motor vehicle collision in the parking lot of a business in the 200 block of East Cleveland Street. After the subject was located, she was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Thomas K. Gallagher, 40, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2023, for possession of an open container. The arrest occurred after officers stopped a vehicle at Cooper Boulevard and North Simpson Drive for failure to maintain their lane of traffic.
Brittany V. Collins, 34, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2023, for driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest occurred after officers stopped a vehicle at Cooper Boulevard and North Simpson Drive for failure to maintain their lane of traffic.
Brandi N. Davis, 41, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2023, for two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine), and drugs-general. William J. Davis, 40, was arrested for drugs-general, possession of a controlled substance (synthetic narcotic), unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (opium), possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine), and unlawful use of a weapon. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Grover Street, where they searched a home and found and seized several narcotics and firearms. Both subjects were processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
