Bobbie J. Douglas, 28, was involved in an incident regarding skip-scanning items at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. It was reported that $79.62 worth of items were skip-scanned. The investigation is ongoing.
Sierra D. Vallejos, 36, was arrested on Nov. 20 for stealing-shoplifting at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was processed and released with city summons.
William J. Davis, 40, was arrested on Nov. 21 for driving while intoxicated-liquor and defective equipment/headlights. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop at 100 block of South Holden Street. He was booked and released.
Tyler W. Knuden, 25, was arrested on Nov. 21 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Officers located Knuden in the 200 block of East Gay Street. He admitted to shoplifting alcohol. He was booked and released.
Beth A. Kidd, 31, was arrested on Nov. 21 on warrants and for lacking proof of insurance. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop at North Maguire Street. and East Russell Avenue.
Joseph M. Hunt, 40, was arrested on Nov. 23 for driving while intoxicated and he was issued a citation for failing to drive in a single lane. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop at East Hale Lake Road and William Place.

The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to a business in the 600 block of East Russell Street due to a report that the door knob to the manager’s office and the door knob to the owner’s office were broken. Gallion was processed and then released.
Sheila G. Standley, 32, was arrested on Dec. 1 after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Culton Street to conduct an alcohol compliance check. The arrest occurred because a minor was allowed into the bar and sold alcohol.
Amanda Martinez, 20, was arrested on Dec. 1 for selling alcohol to a minor. The arrest occurred after officers conducted an alcohol compliance check in the 200 block of Cooper Boulevard.
Masinder Kumar, 43, was arrested on Dec. 1 for selling alcohol to a minor. The arrest occurred after officers conducted an alcohol compliance check in the 700 block of South Maguire Street.
Cruz C. Jimenez, 32, was arrested on Dec. 1 for selling alcohol to a minor. The arrest occurred after officers conducted an alcohol compliance check in the 50o block of North Maguire Street.
Barmani Vamshi, 30, was arrested on Dec. 1 for selling alcohol to a minor. The arrest occurred after officers conducted an alcohol compliance check in the 100 block of West Pine Street.
Jonathan U. Hernandez, 23, was arrested on Dec. 1 for allowing a minor to enter a bar and for selling alcohol to a minor. The arrest occurred after officers conducted an alcohol compliance check in the 100 block of West Pine Street.
Deborah J. Nielsen, 65, was arrested on Dec. 2 for obstruction and dogs running at large. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West Gay Street regarding dogs running at large.
Shane L. Lowe, 62, was arrested and cited on Dec. 3 for disturbing public peace. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Pine Street on Dec. 2 due to a weapons call. It was reported that a knife was pulled on another person. Lowe was later located in the 200 block of Ming Street, booked and released on the scene.
