Luke D. Turney, 43, was arrested on April 14 for endangering the welfare of a child and abuse of a child. A female witness reported that Turney assaulted a juvenile in the 400 block of East Hale Lake Road. Turney was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and processed. He was then transferred to the Johnson County Jail, where he was released to jail staff.

Randall L. Winter, 59, was arrested on April 16 for driving while revoked. An officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 200 block of East Young Street for defective equipment. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

Jeffrey Schroeder, 50, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and Marcia R. Richey, 46, was issued an open container citation on April 16. Officers observed their vehicle performing burnouts and moving erratically. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and arrested both. The male subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

Brandon L. Martin, 35, was arrested on April 17 for domestic assault, assault on officers and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and transferred to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Christian C.P. Root, 19, was arrested on April 17 for driving while revoked, no insurance and illegal window tint. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of South College Street for having illegal window tint. A male driver was arrested and subsequently booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. 

Elijah W. Steinbrunn, 23, was arrested on April 17 for assault. Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Grandview Drive for a past-occurred assault. The victim reported that a known male subject hit him multiple times in the back of the head. Officers located the male subject and arrested him for assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

Karlee M. Van Acker, 20, was arrested on April 18 for possession of a fictitious identification. A bar owner reported that a known female subject had tried to use a fake ID to enter the bar. Officers made contact with the female subject on South Washington Street and arrested her. She was then transported to the Warrensburg Police Department where she was booked and released for possessing a fictitious ID.

Gaylon W. Wilkerson, 41, was arrested on April 18 for trespassing on a business in the 300 block of East Russell Avenue. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department. He was booked and released with a signed summons for trespassing.

Erick K. Feely, 36, was arrested on April 18 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard. The male subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a citation for shoplifting.

Gaylon W. Wilkerson, 41, was arrested on April 18 for trespassing on a business in the 300 block of East Russell Avenue, resisting arrest and assault by intimidation. The male subject refused to obey officers' commands and enter the patrol vehicle and resisted arrest. The male subject

was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and processed. He was then transferred to the Johnson County Jai,l where he was placed on a 24-hour hold for resisting, trespassing and assault by intimidation.

Levi D. Messer, 19, and Pheobie M. Motelet, 18, were arrested on April 18 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard. Both subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a citation for shoplifting. 

Lloyd L. Lowe, 59, was arrested on April 18 for obstructing process. Officers stated a male subject interfered with the process of a subpoena being served in the 500 block of Grover Street. The male subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department where he was booked and released with a summons.

James D. Kirchner, 44, was arrested on April 19 for assault. Officers responded to an open line in the 500 block of West Young Street for a reported assault. A female subject reported that a known male subject had assaulted her by putting her in a choke hold and later damaged her TV. The male subject was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

James D. Kirchner, 44, was arrested for stealing and Kandace N. Bush, 36, was arrested for property damage April 19. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West Young Street in response to a theft. A female subject reported that a known male subject stole an urn belonging to her from her residence. The male subject reported that the female subject damaged a plant belonging to him at the same address. Both subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released.

Anthony Johnson, 59, was arrested on April 20 for driving while suspended and shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Protection detained a male and female subject for shoplifting at the store. The male subject admitted guilt and was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with citations for driving while suspended and shoplifting.

Ryan W. Taylor, 47, was arrested on April 20 for obstruction by providing a false identity and a felony parole warrant. Officers were dispatched to a hotel in the 600 block of East Russell Avenue in regards to a disturbance. Staff reported the disturbance between a male and female subject, but officers determined the disturbance was verbal only. The male subject was arrested

for obstruction by providing a false identity and a felony parole warrant. The female subject was arrested for a felony theft and a Bates County Sheriff's Office warrant. Both subjects were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and processed. They were then transferred to the Johnson County Jail, where they were released to jail staff.

Amir B. Amin, 20, was arrested on April 20 for driving while intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Maguire Street in response to a male subject passed out. A witness reported that the male subject had passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. The male subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons.

Noah Yoder, 23, was arrested on April 20 for endangering the welfare of a child.
