Maegan R. Nusser, 23, was arrested on Feb. 24 for driving while suspended. The arrest came after the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance with a disturbance in south Warrensburg, where people said Nusser had gotten into a vehicle and left. The vehicle was stopped near Southwest Drive and South Main Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Kyle P. Stimac, 22, was arrested on Feb. 24 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, released with a citation and was trespassed.
Timothy D. Specker, 59, was arrested on Feb. 25 for driving while suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 500 block of Burkarth Road. Specker was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on a summons.
Derek W. Filkins, 28, was arrested on Feb. 25 for driving without a valid driver’s license. The arrest came after an officer conducted a traffic stop on Filkins’ vehicle near Maguire Street and Hale Lake Road. He was booked and released with a court date.
Jason A. Bennett, 41, was arrested on Feb. 26 for two prior shoplifting incidents from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The first incident occurred on Jan. 4, when Bennett skipped scanning $76.17 of merchandise. The second incident occurred on Feb. 24, when Bennett skipped scanning $26.51 of merchandise. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a citation.
Jason A. Bennett, 41, was arrested on Feb. 26 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The shoplifting occurred on Feb 24, with Bennett failing to pay for $47.68 of merchandise. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a citation.
Jason A. Bennett, 41, was arrested on Feb. 26 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Officers responded to the business after it was reported that Bennett was shoplifting and being combative with staff. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a city summons.
Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on Feb. 26 for domestic assault and obstruction in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. An individual reported that Thibeault punched him in the face. Thibeault was found outside around the 500 block of South Maguire Street and was arrested. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Eric M. Graves, 43, was arrested on Feb. 28 for driving while suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 800 block of East Hale Lake Road and arrested Graves. He was booked and released.
Iverson Sirom, 23, was arrested on March 1 for driving while intoxicated. An officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle near Devasher Road for failing to keep right. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Stephanie D. Howell, 34, was arrested on March 1 for peace disturbance by fighting. Lynell O. Jackson, 31, was also arrested following the incident on March 1 for driving without a valid driver’s license. An individual reported that they observed a female passenger punching a male driver a couple of times in north Warrensburg. Officers located the vehicle in the 700 block of East Culton Street and arrested the driver and passenger. They were booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on summonses.
Adam Torres, 39, was arrested on March 2 for driving while intoxicated. An officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle near Creach Drive and Foster Lane. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Thomas K. Gallagher, 41, was arrested on March 2 for driving while revoked. Officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 100 block of Northeast Hwy 50 and arrested Gallagher. He was booked and released.
Chad R. Gemes, 53, was arrested on March 2 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. A juvenile was also involved and the information was forwarded to the juvenile office.
Steven R. Gudde, 26, was arrested on March 2 for driving while suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Gudde’s vehicle for speeding in the 600 block of West Gay Street. He was arrested, booked, and was released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
