Derrick W. Roar, 44, was arrested on Nov. 11 for domestic assault in the parking lot of a business in the 300 block of East Young Street. Officers responded to a call regarding an assault between a male and female subject. Witnesses stated the known male subject struck the female subject and she was bleeding. Officers located the two subjects near Martin Warren Elementary School and arrested the male subject for domestic assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Tristen T. Mclain, 25, was arrested on Nov. 11 for receiving/possessing stolen property. A backpack was turned in to the Warrensburg Police Department on Nov. 7 and was later found to have been stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Shamrock Court. The backpack was returned to the owner who also reported other items were stolen from his vehicle overnight on Nov. 6 to the morning of Nov. 7. On Nov. 10, officers responded to the 500 block of East Market Street for a wanted person and attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle failed to yield leading to a pursuit. The driver later fled from the vehicle and was later located on Nov. 11.

Lashon M. Williams, 20, and Rodney Cooper Jr., 18, were arrested on Nov. 12 for property damage and tampering with property or utilities. On Nov. 8, officers were dispatched to a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard, where employees stated that three male subjects deployed a fire extinguisher in the store. Approximately 50 people were evacuated due to the incident.

Kathryn C. Bailey, 53, was arrested on Nov. 13 for stealing items from a business on Oct. 14. The business is located in the 500 block of East Gay Street and said Bailey stole items valued close to $250 from a display rack.

Eric J. Davis, 28, was arrested on Nov. 13 for harassment of a female subject. Officers contacted the female subject who said she received multiple text messages from a known male subject who threatened to assault her with a gun and shoot people. The officers responded to the 600 block of West Clark Street in regards to the threats and arrested Davis.

Zachary S. Stewart, 27, was arrested on Nov. 13 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of N Maguire Street. Officers were informed that a known male subject stole a bottle of Fireball and a Monster energy drink. After reviewing the footage from the business the following day, it was determined the male subject did steal from the business. He was later arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, and released. Stewart was arrested again on Nov. 13 for first-degree property damage after a hit-and-run incident in the 300 block of East Young Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Shae E. Dossett, 35, was arrested on Nov. 14 for possession of a controlled substance after her vehicle was stopped near Market and Charles Streets. She was also cited for improper registration and no insurance. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Clinton R. Brown, 31, was arrested on Nov. 15 for driving while suspended after his vehicle was stopped in the 900 block of West Pine Street. Officers said the car failed to yield until the 400 block of West Pine Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on charges of driving while suspended, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, no insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and no license plate light.

Joshua L. Morris, 46, was arrested on Nov. 16 for driving while revoked. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of North Charles Street on a suspect vehicle from a previously reported felony leaving the scene of an accident. The car was confirmed as the offender’s. Morris was arrested and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Kieyenriayel Gibson, 23, was arrested on Nov. 17 for possession of a controlled substance. Multiple callers reported a disturbance in the 500 block of South Main Street. Officers spoke with witnesses who reported gunshots were fired on the south side of their property. A male matching the description was contacted in the 600 block of West Clark Street and was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. Investigation continues with the weapon violation.

Alexis K. Barnes, 20, was arrested on Nov. 17 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business detained Barnes until officers arrived to arrest her. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a citation.
