Police Reports for April 15

Reilly L. Young, 18, was arrested on March 17 for domestic assault. Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Mitchell Street. A male subject reported that Young had headbutted him. Young was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was processed and released.

Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on March 19 for shoplifting and trespassing at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Brian L. Spratt II, 46, was arrested on March 19 for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and failure to maintain his lane. A truck reportedly swerved on Frontage Road, struck a guardrail and continued west on Young Street. Officers pulled the driver over in the 300 block of West Young Street. He was arrested and subsequently booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Kabe A. Reynolds, 20, was arrested on March 21 for resisting arrest and a Jackson County Distribution Warrant. PCD was contacted in reference to an agency assist on a wanted subject in Warrensburg. The male subject was located in the 600 block of South Maguire Street and refused to exit his apartment to be arrested. After a couple of hours, he came out and was placed under arrest. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail.

Jose Sanchez Diaz, 24, was arrested on March 22 for driving without a valid license. A witness reported a careless and imprudent driver in a green truck that was entering the city limits of Warrensburg. Officers located the truck in the 1200 block of Holden Street. The male driver was arrested for driving without a valid license and cited for careless and imprudent driving, improper registration and no insurance. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Easten G. Pope, 25, was arrested on March 22 for burglary. Officers responded to the 400 block of Chapel Road in regard to a burglary in progress. A witness stated that a male subject was screaming, kicked in a door and then entered the residence. Officers arrived and arrested the known male subject for burglary. He was previously trespassed from the property earlier during the day. He was placed on a 24-hour hold pending case review by the prosecuting attorney.

Henry C. Chapman, 39, was arrested on March 22 for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of West Pine Street. Officers responded to the area in regard to a suspicious male subject trespassing on the train tracks. The male subject attempted to hide paraphernalia by throwing it in front of the officers. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Dillion Q. Campbell, 31, was arrested on March 23 for trespassing on a property in the 100 block of East Gay Street. A witness reported seeing a male subject snorting a white powder on the concrete in the parking lot of a church. The male subject was later identified and arrested for trespassing. He was cited and released on the scene.
