Zakary K. Jones, 18, was arrested on Jan. 22 in the 500 block of West Young Street for failure to vaccinate a dog.

David Barela, 37, was arrested in the 400 block of East Gay Street on Jan. 23 for stealing-shoplifting.
Kaelynn A. Trulock, 23, was arrested in the 600 block of Enterprise Avenue on Jan. 23 for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest occurred after officers found her unconscious in a vehicle with a juvenile. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Krishawn N. Butler, 21, was arrested on Jan. 23 for stealing-shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
David A. Barrela, 37, was arrested in the 400 block of East Gay Street on Jan. 23 for three warrants, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and then transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Joseph D. Dickson, 38, was arrested on Jan. 23 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard and for a Montgomery County warrant. The arrest occurred after officers responded to the shoplifting report. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on bond.
Lynell O. Jackson, 30, was arrested in the 300 block of Franklin Street on Jan. 24 for assault-domestic-simple.
Alejandro Alexander, 24, was arrested on Jan. 24 for driving without a valid operator’s license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of East Young Street and Creach Drive. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Patrick F. Fraley, 24, was arrested on Jan. 25 for a warrant and driving with a suspended license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop at East Culton and North Maguire streets. He was processed at the Warrensburg Police Department and transported to the Johnson County Jail for the warrant.
Kerric J. Briggs, 38, was arrested on Jan. 25 for disorderly conduct and an active warrant. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a disturbance report in the 200 block of Ming Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department and transported to the Cass County Jail.
John D. Fullmer, 50, was arrested on Jan. 26 for driving with a revoked license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Christopher Street. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Jorge J. Bautista-Soto, 34, was arrested on Jan. 26 for driving without a valid driver’s license. The arrest occurred after officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Mitchell Street. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Joshua L. Frith, 35, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident in the 300 block of East North Street on Jan. 22. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Samuel Zum-Mallen-Carney, 30, was arrested in the 900 block of Vest Drive on Jan. 27 for domestic assault. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Tylan K. Carter, 21, was arrested in the 100 block of West Pine Street for refusal to disperse and assault of an officer.
Seth D. Webb, 25, was arrested on Jan. 28 for littering, property damage, and driving with a revoked license. The arrest occurred while officers were conducting a downtown patrol in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
Tylor M. Wilson, 30, was arrested on Jan. 28 for driving with an expired license. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash at Pride Avenue and Stahl Drive. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.
