One person was seriously injured in a single-vehicle wreck Nov. 4 at Highway 23 and Northeast 950 Highway.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire, driven by Bobby L. Yarbrough, 62, of Knob Noster, was northbound on Highway 23, traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment, returned to the roadway and traveled off the left side of the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its side.
Yarbrough is reported to have not worn a safety device.
Yarbrough was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-prior offender, no seat belt and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
