A GRAMMY-winning country music group will perform at the Missouri State Fair in 2026.
Little Big Town will take the stage at the Grandstand with opening act Walker Montgomery at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22.
Along with a GRAMMY, Little Big Town has also won ACM, CMA, AMA and Emmy awards. In total, it has earned more than 45 award-show nominations and taken home over 20 awards.
The group consists of Karen Fairchild, Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman and Jimi Westbrook.
The group took off with their 2005 debut smash hit of “Boondocks,” "Bring it on Home,” and “Good as Gone.”
They kicked off a storied decade in 2010 with “Little White Church.” They continued with No. 1 singles, including 2012’s “Pontoon,” and “Tornado;” 2014’s “Day Drinking,” 2015’s “Girl Crush,” 2017’s “Better Man,” and 2019’s “When Someone Stops Loving.”
In 2022, the group released their 10th studio album, “Mr. Sun.” Little Big Town released a greatest hits album in 2024 and a Christmas album in 2025.
Montgomery, the opening act, has been named an artist to watch by Country Now, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville, The Boot and Country Evolution.
Walker made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2024. He has been streamed over 93 million times and is known for his debut hit “Simple Town,” and “She Don’t Know.”
This is the fifth concert to be announced for the fair thus far,
The All-American Rejects will perform Aug. 14, Russell Dickerson with Atlus will perform Aug. 15, Three Dog Night and Little River Band will perform Aug. 18 and Skillet with Tenth Avenue North will perform Aug. 19.
Missouri State Fair Grandstand concert ticket presale begins for registered Fair Fans at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, and will end at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 18, through Etix.com or by phone. No tickets for the Missouri State Fair will be sold prior to the presale.
Public sales begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, through Etix.com or by phone. The Missouri State Fair Box Office will open at noon on Monday, June 29.
