An Adrian boy, 6, suffered serious injuries, an Adrian woman, 44, suffered moderate injuries, and a Holden woman, 58, suffered moderate injuries at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Nissan Altima driven by the Adrian woman north in the southbound lanes of Route T, in a no passing zone, struck a 2015 Buick Encore driven by the Holden woman head-on.
The boy was not restrained, and was transported to Children's Mercy Hospital. The Adrian woman was wearing a seat belt, and was transported to Research Medical Center. The Holden woman was also restrained, and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
