F&C Bank is proud to announce the upcoming retirement of Janet Mudd, Vice President, Loan Officer, NMLS #423679, and the promotion of Allison DeRoin to Residential Loan Officer, NMLS #2827897, continuing the bank’s strong tradition of customer-focused lending and community commitment.

After an extraordinary 45-year career in banking all of it dedicated to serving the Warrensburg community, Mudd will be retiring from her role as Vice President, Loan Officer.

Mudd  joined F&C Bank in January 2023, bringing with her decades of expertise in consumer mortgage lending and a deep-rooted connection to the community she has long called home.

A lifelong resident of Warrensburg, Mudd raised her family in the area and has been a familiar and trusted presence for
generations of customers. She holds educational credentials from the University of Central Missouri and the Missouri School of Banking (MBA program), further strengthening her extensive industry knowledge. Throughout her career, Mudd  has also demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. She has served on numerous local boards and organizations, including Johnson County Adult Literacy, Johnson County United Way, Early Bird Rotary, the Johnson County Economic Development Committee (Micro Loan Committee), and as a member of the Warrensburg R-VI School Board.

“Janet’s impact on both our organization and the Warrensburg community is immeasurable,” said Carrie Hutcherson,
President of F&C Bank. “Her dedication, leadership, and genuine care for customers have set a standard we all strive to
uphold. She will be greatly missed, and we wish her all the best in her well-earned retirement.”

Stepping into a key lending role is DeRoin, who has been promoted to Residential Loan Officer. DeRoin joined F&C Bank
in February 2016 and brings 10 years of banking experience, all with F&C Bank, to her new position. DeRoin has built a strong
foundation in retail banking, with expertise spanning personal loans, new accounts, and treasury management products. Her
well-rounded experience allows her to provide comprehensive support to customers, offering insights beyond lending to
better meet their full financial needs.

A graduate of the University of Missouri, DeRoin holds a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management with a minor in
Animal Sciences. She resides in Warrensburg and grew up in rural Centerview, maintaining strong ties to the surrounding
community. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Allison is actively involved in local organizations. She serves on
the Johnson County Jr. Livestock Committee, helping organize the annual livestock show and sale for youth in FFA and 4-H
programs, and is a member of the Crest Ridge FFA Booster Club, supporting student programs, scholarships, and community events.

“We’re excited to see Allison step into this role,” said Carrie Hutcherson, President of F&C Bank. “Her dedication to growth,
her deep understanding of our customers, and her passion for the community make her an excellent fit to carry forward the
legacy Janet has built.”

F&C Bank thanks Mudd for her decades of service and congratulates DeRoin on her well-deserved promotion.
