Two Sedalia residents injured in Sept. 20 wreck

Minor and moderate injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck on Sept. 20 on Highway 50.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2007 Toyota Camry driven by Oluwaranti A. Omowami, 37, of Warrensburg, stopped in the right lane to make a turn and a 2014 Toyota Prius driven by Marjorie R. Allee, 87, of Sedalia, struck the rear of the vehicle.

Allee is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.

Passenger Dorene Burnett, 80, of Sedalia, is reported to have minor injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Two Warrensburg residents seriously injured in Sept. 20 wreck

Serious injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck on Sept. 20 on Highway 13.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Dalton M. Rucker, 21, of Warrensburg, traveled into the path of a 1999 Ford F-250 driven by Lance S. Tucker, 60, of Warrensburg. The Dodge began to skid and traveled off the left side of the road. The Ford traveled off the right side of the road and struck an embankment.

Tucker and occupant Kayley M. Tucker, 22, of Warrensburg, are reported to have serious injuries and were transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Centerview residents injured in Sept. 22 wreck

Minor and moderate injuries were reported in a single-vehicle wreck on Sept. 22 on Route F.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Gabrial L. Terry, 36, of Leeton, failed to slow down for a sharp curve in the roadway. His vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

Terry is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City by the Johnson County Ambulance District.

Occupant Dawn R. Lange, 33, of Centerview, is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by JCAD.

Two juvenile occupants, 13 and 15, of Centerview, were reported to have minor injuries and were treated on the scene.

Moderate injuries in Sept. 22 wreck

Moderate injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck on Sept. 22 on Highway 13.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2007 Chevrolet HHR driven by Lila D. Dempsey, 23, of Warrensburg, was attempting to avoid a stalled motorist on the right side of the road and crossed the center line, sideswiping a 2019 GMC Canyon driven by Douglas E. Smithson, 55, of Kingsville.

Dempsey is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Knob Noster resident seriously injured in Sept. 23 wreck

Moderate and serious injuries were reported on a two-vehicle wreck on Sept. 23 on state Route 23 at Spirit Boulevard.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 16-year-old from Warrensburg was driving a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and attempted to turn. The vehicle traveled into the path of a 1992 Chevrolet pick-up truck driven by Aleksey V. Lyle, 25, of Knob Noster. The Jeep struck the front passenger side of the truck.

The juvenile is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Occupant Derrisha C. Mckenzie, 18, of Whiteman Air Force Base, is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Megan K. Alger, 22, of Knob Noster, is reported to have serious injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.

Knob Noster juvenile injured in Sept. 25 wreck

Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck on Sept. 25 on Northeast 200th Road.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 1999 Isuzu driven by Amber R. Clifford, 48, of Knob Noster, struck a 2014 Ford driven by Leonard A. Salmons, 61, of Sedalia.

A 17-year-old occupant from Knob Noster is reported to have minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Warrensburg resident injured in Sept. 25 wreck

Moderate injuries were reported in a single-vehicle wreck on Sept. 25 on Highway 50.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2019 Toyota driven by Ashley P. Van Deusen, 32, of Warrensburg, traveled off the road. The vehicle struck a median and then became airborne, rolling multiple times before coming to a rest.

Van Deusen is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.
