Christopher T. Wilson, 34, of Warrensburg, was killed; Carly M. Milam, 39, of Warsaw, suffered moderate injuries; and Jeffrey A. Milam, 70, of Warsaw, suffered minor injuries at 1:50 a.m. Sunday in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Smart car driven by Wilson west on state Route 7 crossed the center of the roadway into the path of a 2008 Ford Expedition driven by Jeffrey Milam.
Wilson was wearing a seat belt but was pronounced dead on the scene by Assistant Coroner Paul Abbott. Carly Milam was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to St. Luke's on the Plaza by Life Flight Eagle air ambulance. Jeffrey Milam was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton by Golden Valley EMS.
