A 21-year-old Jefferson City woman suffered minor injuries at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, In a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue northbound at the intersection of NE Highway D and U.S. 50 Highway when she failed to yield, striking the passenger side of a 2002 Jeep Wrangler driven by a 59-year-old male from Knob Noster that was driving eastbound on U.S. 50.
Both parties were wearing a seatbelt.
The male was not injured, while the female refused treatment at the scene.
