Man hurt after striking pole
A 27-year-old male from Knob Noster suffered minor injuries after a single-vehicle accident at 9:08 a.m. Saturday, May 3, in Johnson County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the male was driving a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan northbound at 370 SE 1251 RD when he ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole.
The male, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by private conveyance.
Man injured in accident
A 68-year-old Holden man suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 3:44 p.m. Sunday, May 4, in Johnson County.
According to the Missouri State Highway, the man was driving a 2025 Kawasaki southbound on Missouri Highway 131 at NW 500th RD when he struck a patch of gravel and landed in the southbound lane.
The male was transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
