Tuesday, March 14

Trails Regional Library hosts Coffee and Connections at 9 a.m. every Tuesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This program is for adults.

Offered by Journey Home, Refuge on Ming and various area churches, hot lunch is provided from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 206 N. College St. in Warrensburg. Medical services provided by Katy Trail Community Health’s mobile unit are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of The Food Center, 137 E. Culton St. in Warrensburg. Trails Regional Library hosts Storytime in the Stacks at 10 a.m. every Tuesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This is a kids program.

The Trails Regional Library-Warrensburg Branch will host Craftastic, a program for ages 12 and older, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Join the library to make spring button art. Registration is required.

Johnson County Community Health Services offers walk-in COVID-19 vaccines from 1 to 4:30 p.m. every Wednesday. It is not necessary to make an appointment.

The Trails Regional Library-Warrensburg Branch will host Early Out Hang Out, a program for teens 13-18, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Trails Regional Library will host Music and Movement from 9:30 to 10 a.m., followed by Free Play with Friends from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the Warrensburg Branch. This program is for ages 0-5.

Overeaters Anonymous meets at 10 a.m. Thursday in room 141 of the First United Methodist Church in Warrensburg, 141 E. Gay St. For more information, call 660-232-2115.

The American Red Cross will host a blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. at Leeton High School, 500 N. Main in Leeton.

The University of Central Missouri’s Lifelong Learning Series will host speaker Josh Blaize as he presents “Technology for Seniors: Scams and Spam” at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 16 at the Warrensburg Senior Center, 445 E. Gay St. in Warrensburg. It is free and open to the public.

The Trails Regional Library Knob Noster branch will host Natural Egg Dying, a program for adults, at 2 p.m.

The Trails Regional Library-Leeton Express Branch will host Third Thursday Fun and Games, a program for all ages, from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. Join Mrs. Schuler and the Boys & Girls Club for some charming and tricky activities.

Warrensburg Main Street will host the second annual Prom Closet from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University of Central Missouri Elliott Student Union Room 237.

The Trails Regional Library Knob Noster branch will host Bird is the Word-Local Raptors, a program for adults, at 11 a.m. Local bird enthusiast Ann Petersen will be visiting to discuss and identify local raptors.

The Trails Regional Library-Warrensburg Branch will host Cinema Saturday, a program for all ages, at 1 p.m. Come and enjoy a movie at the library.

Sunday, March 19

Warrensburg Main Street will host the second annual Prom Closet from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University of Central Missouri Elliott Student Union Room 237.

Monday, March 20

Seniors Jammin’ meets at 1 p.m. Monday at East Gate Restoration Branch, 401 N. Main St., Centerview. Bring your instrument, singing voice or listening ear for this free, informal, relaxed, weekly event.

The Trails Regional Library-Warrensburg Branch will host DIY Spa Series: Dry Shampoo, a program for adults, at 5 p.m. Be thrifty and make homemade dry shampoo.

The University of Central Missouri will present “An Evening with Ravi Sharma, A Talk about Mental Health Awareness and Support Strategies.” The free presentation is open to the public and will take place at 7 p.m. in Hendricks Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
