TRUSTEE'S SALE
In re: Patsy N. Rutherford, Trustee of the Trust Created by Trust Agreement of Patsy N. Rutherford, as Settlor and Trustee, dated April 19, 1993
Default having been made in the payment of certain monthly installments on a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Patsy N. Rutherford, Trustee of the Trust Created by Trust Agreement of Patsy N. Rutherford, as Settlor and Trustee, dated April 19, 1993, dated September 18, 2019, and recorded September 24, 2019, in Book 3730, Page 78 as Instrument No. 416535 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Johnson, State of Missouri; the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, will on March 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the East front door of the Johnson County Courthouse, 300 N. Holden, Warrensburg, MO 64093 sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Johnson, State of Missouri, to wit;
Lot 5 in FOX FIRE NORTH, as shown by the plat in PLAT BOOK 7, at Page(s) 14, in Johnson County. Missouri.
Together with all improvements thereon known and numbered as 38 NW 525th Road, Warrensburg, Missouri 64093 for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, the costs of executing this trust, and the present taxes, if any, due and paid by the holder.
