Warrensburg police reports for Sept. 30

Nathan S. McDonald, 48, was arrested Sept. 1 for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Hout Street after officers were dispatched to a business in reference to a wanted subject located on the property. Officers made contact with the known male, who had two confirmed warrants out of Johnson and Pettis Counties. During a routine search, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The male was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked for the drug offense and transferred to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.

Ampilos B. Mesek, 48, was arrested Sept. 2 for driving while suspended on the U.S. Highway 50 exit ramp to North Maguire Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers determined a male driver had been following too close, resulting in a collision. After further investigation, the male was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons and two citations for following too close and no insurance.

Amy L. Bingham, 49, was arrested Sept. 2 for driving while intoxicated near the intersection of West Young Street and North Washington Street after officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a female driver who was determined to be driving while intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a city summons and a citation for failure to drive in a single lane.

Danielle J. Schwager, 41, was arrested Sept. 2 for trespassing in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard after officers were dispatched in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival, asset protection reported that a known female who was previously trespassed from the property was located on scene. Officers confirmed the subject had previously trespassed from all Walmart properties and arrested her. She was booked and released on scene with a citation for trespassing

William A. Steele, 21, was arrested Sept. 2 for trespassing in the 100 block of South Holden Street after officers received the report of harassment over the phone. A male reported that a known female was harassing him by sending threatening messages. Officers made contact with the female, where she was given a warning to stop all contact. After officers spoke with the female, a known male sent additional threatening messages. He was mailed a city summons for harassment.

Keith O’Neil Jr., 29, was arrested Sept. 3 for driving while suspended or revoked near the intersection of South Mitchell Street and Jefferson Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no plates. Contact was made with the driver, who was determined to be driving while suspended. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with numerous citations.

Dalton Oligschlaeger, 30, was arrested Sept. 4 for driving without a valid operators license in the 400 block of Seventh Street after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Streck Lane in reference to a verbal disturbance. Prior to arrival, it was reported that subjects involved had left the scene. Officers located the suspected vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Seventh Street. The male was arrested and cited on scene for driving without a valid license.

Pamela S. Perkins, 44, was arrested Sept. 4 for defective equipment/headlines, no proof of insurance and driving while suspended at the intersection of Maguire Street and Grover Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a headlight out. Officers made contact with the driver, who was determined to be driving while suspended. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Kenneth R. Ailshire, 53, was arrested Sept. 5 in the 200 block of Oak Street for improper registration, no proof of insurance and driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop for improper registration. After investigation, the male was arrested for driving while suspended. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.

Christian C. P. Root, 20, and Laneisha M. Mitchell, 19, were arrested Sept. 6 for receiving stolen property in the 400 block of Courtland Street after officers received support by phone regarding fraudulent activity. A victim stated her cell phone was stolen from the 200 block of Courtland Avenue around Sept. 1. She informed officers that the person that had stolen her phone had accessed her bank account and was sending money to multiple individuals. After further investigation, one male and one female were arrested for receiving stolen property. Both were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released.

Russell J. Simmons 31, was arrested Sept. 6 in the 200 block of Carpenter Street for peace disturbance, second degree harassment, fourth degree domestic assault and second degree property damage after officers were dispatched in reference to a weapons call. Upon arrival, officers located a male who was arrested. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released pending state charges.

Cordell J. Jellison, 25, was arrested Sept. 7 for domestic assault in the 500 block of Maple Street after officers were dispatched in reference to domestic assault. A male reported a known female informed him that she was choked and head-butted by a known male subject. After further investigation, the suspected male was arrested for domestic assault. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.

John H. Welch Jr., 45 was arrested for trespassing in the 200 block of East Young Street after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a trespass. Asset protection informed officers that a known male subject, previously trespassed from the property, was on scene. He was located and officers issued him a city summons for trespassing.
