Edward R. Powell, 42, Centerview, was arrested on a probation violation warrant for a felony charge of failure to register as sex offender. Bond was set at $5,000 with a court date of Jan. 9, 2020.

Kimberly K. Stout, 49, Sedalia, was arrested Dec. 23 on a failure to appear warrant (probation violation) for a felony charge of burglary and a charge of theft/stealing. Bond was set at $7,500.

Allison M. Harrison, 39, Warrensburg, was arrested Dec. 18 on a warrant with a felony charge of delivery of controlled substance and a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.

Steve E. Thorsen, 27, Warrensburg, was arrested on a warrant with felony charges of assault and armed criminal action. Bond was set at $25,000 with a court date of Jan. 8, 2020.

Jacob Pressly, 29, Warrensburg, was arrested Dec. 22 on two warrants with felony charges of unlawful use of weapon and possession of controlled substance. Total bond was set at $50,000 with a court date of Feb. 10, 2020.

Samuel E. Lynch, 18, was arrested Dec. 23 on felony charges of burglary, resist arrest/detention/stop by fleeing creating substantial risk – serious injury/death; and charges of failure to yield to emergency vehicle and property damage after deputies conducted a chase after a failed initial traffic stop. A juvenile was also placed in custody. Lynch was taken to the Johnson County Jail while the juvenile was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center to be evaluated and then later released to Juvenile Detention.

Hunter L. Parsons, 21, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of driving while intoxicated and displaying plates of another vehicle when deputies responded to a traffic hazard complaint at Southeast 251st Road and Southeast 900th Road.

Pebbles M. Harr, 42, was arrested Jan. 16 on a felony charge of forgery after deputies were informed that an inmate that was held at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office since Dec. 12 was using the identity of another person.
