PSC sets intervention deadline in Evergy MO West case

Evergy Missouri West has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to implement tariffs that authorize and enable a Transportation Electrification pilot program. Evergy asks the Commission to find that the proposed “Clean Charge Network” expansion plan in its application is “prudent from a decisional perspective.” Evergy also requests the deferral of costs associated with the program.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than March 19 with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
