Paul D. Wright, 20, was arrested Sept. 17 after officers responded July 31 to the report of sexual assault past occurred. Wright was arrested on a charge of second degree statutory rape.

Rhett J. Smith, 20, was arrested Sept. 19 when officers conducted a subject check in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Smith was arrested on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.
Justin L. House, 24, was arrested Sept. 19 on a Johnson County warrant.
