Billy J. Curlee, 41, was arrested April 19 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Maguire and Clark streets. Curlee was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended/revoked.
Wilbur A. Lively III, 49, was arrested April 19 when officers responded to the report of trespassing in the 400 block of East Russell Avenue. Lively was arrested on a charge of trespassing. Lively was later arrested the same day when officers responded to the report of trespassing in the 300 block of East Russell Avenue. Lively was arrested on a charge of trespassing.
Randy L. Gleason Jr., 20, was arrested April 20 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Zoll Street. Gleason was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility-insurance, failure to register motor vehicle/trailer annually with director of revenue, possession of a controlled substance/opium, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree trafficking drugs or attempt.
Tisha D. Wendleton, 39, was arrested April 20 on a Johnson County warrant.
Belinda J. Sigsbury, 35, was arrested April 20 to the report of a noise complaint in the 600 block of Burkarth Road. Sigsbury was arrested on a charge of disturbing private peace.
Billy G. Clark, 24, was arrested April 21 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Burkarth Road and Gay Street. Clark was arrested on a Johnson County warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Javen A. Williams, 21, was arrested April 21 when officers conducted an attempt to contact in the 600 block of West Gay Street. Williams was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant and a charge of failure to obey an officer.
George D. Duncan, 38, was arrested April 22 on a Morgan County warrant.
Eric G. Miller, 33, was arrested April 22 when officers responded to the report of sexual molestation past occurred between October of 2018 and March 2019. Miller was arrested on charges of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse - person less than 12 years of age, first-degree sexual abuse - victim is less than 14 years of age and first-degree sexual abuse.

Chaitez A. Sexton, 28, was arrested April 24 when officers responded to the report of an assault in progress in the 300 block of East Young Street. Sexton was arrested on charges of assaulting an officer/simple/hands/fists/feet and simple assault.

Adree E. Orcutt, 19, and Sydney E. Daris, 19, were arrested April 24 when officers conducted a subject check in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Orcutt and Daris were each arrested on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.
Diane M. Hedrick, 49, and Stephanie J. Butts, 47, were arrested April 25 when officers conducted a traffic stop at North Washington and West Young streets. Hedrick was arrested on charges of general drugs, and possession of a controlled substance/amphetamine. Butts was arrested on a warrant in another jurisdiction and charges of general drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana of 11-35 grams.
