Ethan K. Jenkins, 23, was arrested on Feb. 10 for driving without a valid license and Platte County warrants. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Jenkins’ vehicle in the 700 block of Maguire Street. He was booked at the Warrensburg Police Department and then was transported to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office where he was placed in jail in lieu of bond.
Joseph J. Thibeault, 32, was arrested on Feb. 10 for domestic disturbance. Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Culton Street, where Thibeault was booked and released with a citation.
Mary A. Guerrero, 32, was arrested on Feb. 11 for driving while suspended. Officers stopped her vehicle in the 500 block of East Gay Street for improper registration. suspended. She was processed and released and was also cited for improper registration.
Melinda L. Mouser, 42, was arrested on Feb. 11 for a dog at large. Officers responded to the 800 block of West Market Street for the report and issued Mouser summonses for dog at large and failure to provide proof of vaccination records.
Terry L. Snyder, 45, was arrested on Feb. 12 for property damage in the 600 block of West Clark Street. Officers were dispatched to the area and multiple parties claimed to have been assaulted. Snyder was arrested for property damage, which he was booked and released for. The report will be sent to the prosecutor for review in reference to the domestic disturbance.
Andrea D. Hurr, 39, was arrested on Feb. 13 for trespassing and shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was arrested, booked and released with signed citations.
Julian R. Crawford, 30, was arrested on Feb. 13 for stealing from a business in the 600 block of East Hale Lake Road and a construction site in the 1100 block of South Mitchell Street. A citation has been issued and mailed to the subject.
Ryan T. Galbreath, 25, was arrested on Feb. 13 for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash. Witnesses reported multiple traffic violations, including a vehicle striking multiple items in the 400 block of South Main Street and the surrounding area. The driver was stopped in the 300 block of King Street. He was processed and released with citations of careless and imprudent driving, driving on the sidewalk, driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane, no proof of insurance, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to obey stop.
James E. Huggins, 38, was arrested on Feb. 14 for unlawful use of a weapon after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Burkarth Road for a domestic disturbance. A subject reported Huggins was yelling at her and she felt unsafe. He was booked and released with a citation.
Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on Feb. 14 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported that he stole multiple items and fled the store. He was located in the nearby area and placed under arrest. He was released with a citation and a trespass notice from the business.
Clarann M. Curtis, 26, was arrested on Feb. 15 for obstructing police by giving false information and resisting arrest. Officers responded to a verbal dispute between multiple subjects in the 400 block of Windy Way. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with citations for obstruction and resisting arrest.
Tabitha L. Patterson, 20, was arrested on Feb 15 for using the ID of another subject and minor in possession at a business in the 100 block of West Pine Street. She was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with citations.
Wade V. Mooney, 61, was arrested on Feb. 16 for driving while revoked after a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street. He was transported to the Police Department, processed and released with summonses for driving while revoked, defective equipment and failing to provide proof of vehicle insurance.
Zaxxon K. Tickemyer, 23, was arrested on Feb. 16 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. After reviewing video footage of the male skip scanning and not scanning items at all, he was arrested for shoplifting. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
