Police Reports for June 17

Chase C. Atkins, 26, was arrested on May 19 for obstruction or failure to obey officer commands after an officer was dispatched to a business in the 300 block of East Young Street for a disturbance. It was reported that a male subject had walked through the business’s drive-thru and requested food. Staff advised him that he had to be in a vehicle to be served. Officers arrived on the scene and made contact with the male subject, who began to back away and refused to obey the officer's commands. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a summons. 

Heather M. Clark, 41, and Jessica L. Daleo, 37, were arrested on May 19 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business stated that one of the subjects skipped scanning and did not pay for their items. Daleo was arrested and issued a summons for shoplifting. The second female subject was issued a summons for trespassing. Both female subjects were released on the scene.

Robert D. Rosenbaum, 61, was arrested on May 19 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business stated that he skipped scanning and did not pay for their items. He was arrested and issued a summons on the scene for shoplifting. 

Michael D. Hall, 35, was arrested on May 20 for driving while suspended, no insurance and failing to register a motor vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 100 Block of East Pine Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released on state charges. 

Melissa D. Stout, 37, Joshua J. Reever, 40, Cynthia R. Miller, 53, Justin B. Kidd, 47, and Jennifer M. Murrow, 40, were arrested on May 22 in reference to narcotics and weapons violations. Johnson County and Warrensburg SWAT served a narcotics search warrant in the 200 block of Sellman Street. All subjects were arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where they were booked and released pending state charges.

Samuel M. Minney, 27, was arrested on May 22 for trespassing at a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Officers located the male subject and he was then arrested, booked and released on the scene with a citation for trespassing.

Nathaniel Siefkas, 27, was arrested on May 22 for first-degree harassment. The Sedalia Police Department reported a known male subject who needed to be arrested for harassment of the first degree. The male subject was arrested in the 700 block of East Culton Street by Warrensburg Police Officers and was transferred to Sedalia's custody.

Samual Minney, 27, was arrested on May 22 for trespassing at a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. The reporting party stated that a known male subject, who had previously been trespassed, was on the property. The male subject was later located and issued a summons for the violation.

Bridgette R. Gerard, 43, was arrested on May 23 for stealing from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. A shopper reported that she got cash back at a self-checkout and forgot to grab it as she was exiting. A known female subject was seen on camera grabbing the cash and leaving the store. The female subject was later found and arrested for

stealing. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a summons.

Sandrina M. Bouldin, 54, and William U. Sylvester, 48, were arrested on May 24 for stealing from a property in the 400 block of Acorn Place. The property owner reported that someone stole a laptop computer from her front yard at approximately 7:05 a.m on May 23. Based on security camera footage, a possible suspect was identified. A known male and female subject were arrested, booked, and released from the Warrensburg Police Department for stealing. The stolen computer was returned to the owner.

Ashley Casaretto, 37, was arrested on May 23 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported that the subject had been caught putting merchandise in her pockets. When she realized employees caught her, she put the items back. However, while she was checking out, she skipped scanning an item past all points of sale without attempting to pay for the item. The female subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released with a signed city summons for shoplifting.

Martin O. Stevenson, 61, was arrested on May 23 for driving without a motorcycle license, driving while intoxicated, and failure to provide proof of insurance. An officer was dispatched to Railroad Street and North College Street for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. The officer arrived on the scene and the male rider was being seen by the Johnson County Ambulance District, but refused medical treatment. The rider had fallen off the motorcycle, picked it up and then fallen off again after a short distance. The male subject was arrested and  transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with summonses. 

Brandon D. Williams, 28, was arrested on May 24 for driving while suspended after an officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle near West Young Street and Northwest Hwy 50. The male driver was arrested for driving while suspended and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed summons.

Joel R. Parsons, 44, was arrested on May 24 for domestic assault in the 1000 block of Bedford Drive. While the male subject was being transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, he hit his head on the caged portion of the patrol car several times until he lost consciousness. The male subject was then transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.

Noah A. Green, 22, was arrested on May 25 for a dog running at large after his dog bit a male individual on May 20. 

Jermaine M. Talbert, 47, was arrested on May 25 for Johnson County warrants and two potential charges for possession of a controlled substance. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a moped near the intersection of Warren and Sparks Streets. It was determined that the male driver had Johnson County warrants for his arrest, so he was detained. While being arrested, the male subject threw a cigarette pack that the officers then located. The pack contained bags of suspected cocaine and methamphetamine. The male subject was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond. Officers are seeking charges for possession of a controlled substance. 

Quinlyn D. Nelson, 21, was arrested on May 25 for driving while suspended

and multiple warrants out of multiple counties. An officer conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle in the 400 block of East Gay Street. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released. The female subject posted bond on the warrants and was given new court dates and times.
