Police Reports for April 29

Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on March 24 for private peace disturbance, resisting and drug paraphernalia. Officers were dispatched to the Western Missouri Medical Center for an assault between a male subject and security staff. Officers contacted the subject on South Mitchell Street and arrested him. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department on summonses. Thibeault was also arrested twice more on March 24 for trespassing in the 400 block of East Gay Street and the 500 block of Ridgeview Drive, respectively. He was booked and released on scene for the first trespassing before being placed on a 24-hour hold at the Johnson County Jail following the second arrest. 

Michael W. Murphy, 43, was arrested on March 24 for driving without a license. He was arrested after a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Young Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department and also issued a citation for improper registration.

Nancy J. Anderson, 70, was arrested on March 25 for domestic assault in the 50 block of Hawthorne Hill Drive. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the area and arrested Anderson. She was booked and released at the Warrensburg Police Department.

Jacob A. Wyatt, 34, was arrested on March 25 for driving while revoked and an outstanding warrant. Officers conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle near Maguire and Hale Lake Streets for a registration violation. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was processed and released on bond. 

Michael D. Smelser, 38, was arrested on March 26 for violating their order of protection. Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East Culton Street for a report of harassment. A female subject reported that a known male subject was violating their order of protection. The male subject was later arrested and booked for this incident. He was placed in the Johnson County Jail for an outstanding warrant.

Darnell R. Gregory, 45, was arrested on March 26 for driving without a valid license. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Mitchell Street and Wren Way. The driver failed to yield until the 900 block of Deer Run Drive. The male driver was arrested for driving without a valid license. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, and released with citations containing the failure to yield, improper registration and no proof of insurance.

Travis W. Ray, 42, was arrested on March 27 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Officers observed a male subject on an electric bike matching the description of a suspect from an open University of Central Missouri Department of Public Safety electric bike theft case. The male subject was stopped and detained. After consenting to a search of his person, officers located narcotics and paraphernalia. The male subject was booked and released for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The bike and the male subject were released to DPS for their case.

Braden C. Parker, 20, was arrested on March 28 for driving while intoxicated after an officer observed him failing to stop at a posted stop sign at Holden and Gay Street. After conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle, the officer cited Parker for the stop sign violation and arrested him for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Laurina L. Weber Carter, 44, was arrested on March 28 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business said the subject skipped scanning several items. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a summons.

Aberum A. Nasseri, 33, was arrested on March 29 for driving while intoxicated after an officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 100 block of East Gay Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with citations.

Tonya L. Simpson, 44, was arrested on March 29 for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Colbern Street in regards to an intoxicated female subject. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle with extensive damage to it as well as tombstones that had been run over. Officers located the female subject, and she was then arrested. She was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center and released to medical staff.

Gavin S. Wynn, 20, was arrested on March 30 for possession of a fictitious license. He was attempting to use a fake ID to get into the bar in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was booked and released on the scene for possessing a fictitious ID.

Keaton G. Stone, 19, was arrested on March 30 for possession of a fictitious license. He was attempting to use a fake ID to get into the bar in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was booked and released on the scene for possessing a fictitious ID.

Jacob L. Cady, 25, was arrested on March 30 for property damage, trespassing and littering. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for a report of damage. Upon arrival, Cady was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Kolbin W. Paxton, 22, was arrested on March 31 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was arrested for shoplifting, processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with a city citation.

Daniel W. Reardon, 42, was arrested on April 1 for private peace disturbance in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Officers were dispatched to the area after a disturbance between Reardon and a female subject, which led to him yelling at her. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with a summons.

Shawn Cunningham, 50, was arrested on April 2 for trespassing on a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. He was arrested for trespassing, issued a citation and released on the scene. Later that day, Cunningham was arrested again for trespassing on the same business. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, processed and released with a summons.

Ruthie M. Worthington, 20, was arrested on April 2 for driving while suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle in the 400 block of East Hale Lake Road. She was arrested, booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Terry L. Morehead, 58, was arrested on April 2 for improper registration and driving without a valid driver’s license after officers stopped his vehicle near the intersection of Washington and Market Street. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with multiple citations. 

Tierra L. Crawford, 36, was arrested on April 2 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. She was arrested for shoplifting and her active warrants through Johnson County. The female subject was unable to post bond and was placed in the Johnson County Jail.

Shawn Cunningham, 50, was arrested on April 3 for trespassing on a business in the 300 block of North Maguire Street. Officers located Cunningham sleeping on the property. He was arrested and issued a summons on the scene. Due to concerns of intoxication, the male subject was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.

Dylan R. Thibeault, 29, was arrested on April 3 for trespassing on a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business said Thibeault was previously trespassed from it in February. Officers contacted the male subject and he was placed under arrest. He was issued a citation and released on the scene.

Kyle A. Kraft, 26, was arrested on April 3 for two failure to appear on Warrensburg warrants, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon in the 1200 block of South Holden Street. A female subject reported that a firearm was pointed at her by Kraft. He was arrested and was placed in the Johnson County Jail for the outstanding warrants.

Kaitlyn J. Peters, 35, was arrested on April 3 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. The business reported she skipped scanning several items. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked, processed and released. 

Mees J. Van Os, 18, was arrested on April 4 for assault in the 100 block of Broad Street. A male subject reported that he was punched by Van Os. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

Wesley J. Romans, 30, was arrested on April 5 for domestic assault, peace disturbance and leaving the scene of an accident after a road rage incident near Cleburn and East Clark Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked, processed and released with summonses.

Antonio R. Caskey, 25, was arrested on April 5 for obstruction by providing a false name. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with summonses. 

Derrick W. Roar, 44, was arrested on April 5 for domestic assault. Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of North Holden Street for a domestic assault where a male subject struck a female subject in the face several times with his fist. The male subject was arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed, cited for obstructing process for refusing to give fingerprints, and then he was transported to the Johnson County Jail. He was placed on a 24-hour hold for violating his bond conditions and third-degree domestic assault.

Tensin J. Beauclerk, 19, was arrested on April 5 for possession of a fictitious license. He was attempting to use a fake ID to get into a bar in the 100 block of West Pine Street. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released with a summons.

Wesley J. Romans, 30, was arrested on April 6 for harassment and domestic assault near Broad and Zoll Street. Multiple witnesses reported a male suspect was harassing them and placing them in apprehension of immediate physical injury near the area. The male suspect was contacted in the 300 block of SW 850 Road and taken into custody. The male suspect was charged with harassment and domestic assault. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Alan J. Sanderson, 46, was arrested on April 6 for driving while intoxicated. A business employee reported a male subject was intoxicated and was about to leave in a vehicle in the 600 block of East Young Street. The male subject was located in the 800 block of East Young Street and was arrested for driving while intoxicated and issued a citation for no insurance. The male subject was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department.

Alice I. Stephens, 46, was arrested on April 6 for domestic assault after a physical domestic altercation occurred in the 200 block of Zoll Street. She was arrested for domestic assault, processed and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with a citation.
