Racheal R. Talbert, 34, was arrested March 11 after officers responded March 6 to a report of shoplifting in the 700 block of North College Street. Talbert was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Brandon Eastwood, 49, was arrested March 10 after officers responded to a report of harassment in the 300 block of Ming Street. Eastwood was arrested on a warrant in another jurisdiction and charges of possession of controlled substance/over 35 grams marijuana, second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica M. Koehne, 42, was arrested March 8 on a Johnson County warrant.
Shelby M. Smith, 31, was arrested March 8 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Maguire and Clark streets. Smith was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked.
Christian L. Nichols, 22, was arrested March 9 when officers responded to the report of an unresponsive subject sleeping in a vehicle in the 700 block of North Charles Street. Nichols was arrested on a Cass County warrant and charges of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Jonathan T. Geier, 24, was arrested March 9 when officers responded to a report of assault in the 400 block of Benjamin Drive. Geier was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.
Willie A. Taylor, 36, was arrested March 9 on a Warrensburg warrant.
Timothy B. Baker, 35, was arrested March 10 on a warrant in another jurisdiction.
Dennis A. Kumm Jr., 21, was arrested March 10 on a probation and parole violations warrant.
Brendan M. Walsh, 20, was arrested March 11 when officers responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 50 at Highway 13. Walsh was arrested on two Johnson County warrants.
Gary Packham, 57, was arrested March 11 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Maguire Street and Grant Drive. Packham was arrested on charges of driving while suspended/revoked, driving while intoxicated-liquor and failure to obey an officer.

Quinn L. Coffman, 20, was arrested March 12 when officers conducted a subject check in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Coffman was arrested on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.
Adam L. Warren, 27, was arrested March 12 when officers responded to the report of a court order violation in the 700 block of East Culton Street. Warren was arrested on a charge of violation of order of protection for adult-first offense.
Mark I. Brooks Jr., 44, was arrested March 13 when officers responded to the report of an intoxicated driver at PCA Road and Young Avenue. Brooks was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated-liquor.
Aleko E. Kostas, 28, was arrested March 14 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Holden and Union streets. Kostas was arrested on charges of open container violation and driving while intoxicated-liquor.
