Gregg A. Gipson, 27, was arrested March 27 after officers responded Jan. 11 to a report of slashed tires in the 1200 block of Basswood Street. Gipson was arrested on a charge of private property damage. 

David A. Stewart, 64, and Patricia L. Conchola, 45, were arrested March 22 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Maguire Street and Russell Avenue. Stewart was arrested on charges of paraphernalia - general and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conchola was arrested on paraphernalia - general, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia - prior drug offense and possession of a controlled substance/dangerous drugs. 

Eric T. Harrison, 50, was arrested March 22 when officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 100 block of West Pine Street. Harrison was arrested on charges of trespassing and possession of drugs/marijuana. 

Cody E. Riordan, 20, was arrested March 23 when officers responded to a report of a subject with a gun throwing things at a building in the 400 block of East Young Street. Riordan was arrested on charges of third-degree simple domestic assault, unlawful use of weapon - exhibiting and third-degree terrorist threat. 

Timothy B. Baker, 35, was arrested March 23 on a Johnson County warrant. 

Makayla L. Martin, 21, was arrested March 26 when officers conducted a traffic stop at South and Washington streets. Martin was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated - liquor. 

Brittian A. Booth, 25, was arrested March 27 when officers conducted a traffic stop at Maguire and Gay streets. Booth was arrested on charges of driving while suspended/revoked and driving while intoxicated - liquor. 

Anthony E. Lassiter, 37, was arrested March 28 when officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 200 block of North Maguire Street. Lassiter was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant and charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance/cocaine.
