One person is reported to have moderate injuries after a single-vehicle collision March 1 at Northwest 325 Road west of Northwest 1261st Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2020 Taotao Moped failed to negotiate a 90-degree curve, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
The driver, Glen D. Rogers, 57, of Holden, is reported to have moderate injures and was transported to Centerpoint Medical Center.
Rogers is reported to have not worn a safety device.
Rogers was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident.
The Moped is reported to be a total loss.
