Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg receives Customer Experience Award

WARRENSBURG — Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg has announced that it is the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2021 Customer Experience Award for the second year in a row.

The veterans home qualified for the award in the categories of admission process, cleanliness, communication from facility, dignity and respect, dining services, individual needs, laundry service, nursing care, overall customer experience, overall satisfaction, quality of food, recommendation to others, response to problems and safety and security.

“Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg is blessed with exceptional professionals who deliver some of the best care and services in our nation; this recognition confirms what our community, our veterans and their families, and our regulators have told us for many years,” Eric Endsley, administrator of Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg, said. “This last year has been the most challenging time in healthcare’s recent history. In spite of these challenging times that have had negative effects across the healthcare tapestry of our nation, it is a remarkable achievement for our dedicated team of employees to be recognized for continuing to provide some of the best

long-term care in our nation.”

Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg states that throughout the home’s 20-year history of serving the community, it has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every veteran is met.

Over the course of 2020, a sampling of the home’s veterans and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate the Veterans Home in specific categories.

Every month, the Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the veterans needs and make improvements when necessary. 

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg states it has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. 

Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each veteran’s experience.
