Minor injuries were reported from a single-vehicle wreck Dec. 2 at Highway 50 and Northwest 250 Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2012 Lincoln was eastbound on Highway 50 and traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver, Chastity R. Tate, 43, of Warrensburg, is reported to have minor injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by Johnson County Ambulance District.
Tate is reported to have worn a safety device.
The Lincoln is reported as totaled.
