Two Warrensburg women injured in Dec. 19 wreck
Two Warrensburg women sustained minor injuries in a Dec. 19 wreck on southbound Business 13.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2012 Toyota driven by Jessica L. Towne, 47, was stopped to make a left turn and a 2018 Mitsubishi driven by Mildred M. Higdon, 93, failed to yield and struck the rear of the Toyota.
Towne refused treatment at the scene. Higdon was taken by patrol vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center.
The Toyota sustained minor damage and the Mitsubishi sustained moderate damage.
