Warrensburg resident injured in Benton County wreck

One person is reported to have minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck April 23 on Highway E north of Highway C in Benton County. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2003 Toyota Sequoia, driven by Lee A. Jeorling, 48, of Warrensburg, experienced a medical event and lost control of the vehicle, which traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned. 

Jeorling is reported to have minor injuries and was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. Jeorling is reported to have not worn a safety device. 

The Toyota is reported to have extensive damage. 

MSHP was assisted by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and the Lincoln Police Department. 

Holden resident injured in Cass County wreck 

One person is reported to have minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck April 23 on Highway 58 at South Shimel Road in Cass County. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2013 Honda CR-V, driven by Brenda L. Nave, 63, of Holden, struck two animals in the roadway, crossed the center of the road and came to rest in the westbound lane facing east. 

Nave is reported to have minor injuries and was transported by the Pleasant Hill Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services to Belton Regional Medical Center. 

The Honda is reported to be a total loss vehicle. 

Minor, moderate injuries reported in April 26 wreck 

One person is reported to have minor injuries and one person is reported to have moderate injuries from a single-vehicle wreck April 26 on Highway 23 at Highway E. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2005 Toyota Sienna, driven by Jon M. Church, 55, of Sedalia, was turning and was struck by a 1996 Nissan Maxima, driven by Michelle M. Daniels, 56, of Concordia. 

A 15-year-old occupant is reported to have minor injuries and was transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center. Daniels is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported by JCAD to WMMC. 

Church, Daniels and the juvenile are all reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Toyota is reported to have extensive damage and the Nissan is reported to be a total loss. 

MSHP was assisted by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. 

Minor injuries reported in April 27 wreck 

One person is reported to have minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck April 27 on Highway 50 east of Highway 131. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2005 Suzuki, driven by John A. Turner, 78, of Centerview, attempted to exit and struck a raised portion of the roadway and overturned. 

Turner is reported to have minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Turner is reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Suzuki is reported to have minor damage.
